1913 Prize for 1st Books: Selected by Rae Armantrout!

The 1913 Prize lives on! 1913 will read submissions for a FIRST BOOK in ANY (or NO) GENRE during the month of MAY 2012! We are especially tickled to announce that RAE ARMANTROUT will select the winning book(s)! We are delighted to accept your submissions online via Submittable (formerly Submishmash) from MAY 1-MAY 31, 2012. The winning writer may not have previously published any book-length collection in any genre (chapbooks are ok). 1913 abides by all fair & sensible guidelines in its reading of submissions. No genre, length, or other restrictions; submit any work, in any form. We are simply on the lookout for the best & baddest work out there. Please sign up for our mailing list to receive updates.
